The Yo-Yo or Pilewind Winch is designed to allow a single wrap of rope on the drum. Yo-Yo winches are commonly used where fleet angle is a concern. A traditional winch drum would allow the rope to traverse perpendicular to the direction of travel whereas the single wrap drum on the Yo-Yo winch does not allow it to transverse therefore creating a fleet angle that is virtually zero degrees.
In this application the TL 3200 was designed for a line pull of 3,200 lbs spread across the two ropes. The TL 3200 easily raises and lowers the boat dock at the push of a button.
